Student Mail and Packages

Please wait until you receive an email from our mailroom before coming to retrieve your package. We will email you when your package has been processed and is ready for pickup.

Mailboxes may be accessed 24/7 by swiping into the vestibule with your student ID and using your mailbox key.

Mailboxes

Students may request a personal mailbox on campus through the Housing Portal. All mailboxes are housed in Annapolis Hall, and students keep the same mailbox during their time living in the residence halls.

Packages

Students do not have to sign up for a mailbox to receive packages on campus. Packages are processed and delivered to the Annapolis Hall Mailroom.

Note: Some package carriers may report delivery to Frostburg, MD before the package reaches our mailroom. Please wait for our email notification before picking up your package.
